Score Sheets

What Score Sheets Does

Score Sheets lets the race committee photograph their finish and start sheets from the course and submit them electronically. Scoring-relevant sheets are forwarded automatically to the scorer and appear on the public Score Sheets page, giving the whole jury visibility into the raw finish data and reducing the time between racing and results.

Enabling and Accessing

Enable Score Sheets by editing your event and selecting Score Sheets in Event Settings. Once enabled, a Score Sheets link appears in the Event Panel left menu. The feature works on mobile phones — officials can submit sheets directly from the race course.

Submitting a Score Sheet

On the Score Sheets page, click the + icon to create a new sheet. Fill in the course area, class, division, and race number. Then select the sheet type:

  • Finish, Start, or Other — treated as scoring-relevant. These are forwarded to the scorer and the scorer is notified.
  • Any other type (e.g., Windward Mark) — posted publicly but not forwarded to the scorer as a scoring document.
Attach the photo of the score sheet, add any comments for the scorer, and save. The sheet appears immediately on the public Score Sheets page. Competitors are notified if the sheet is scoring-relevant.

Hiding a Score Sheet

If a submitted sheet should not be visible on the public page — for example, a draft or a correction — set its status to Hidden. Hidden sheets remain in the Event Panel for official reference but are not shown to competitors.
