How Notifications Work

RRS.org sends automatic notifications to officials, competitors, and anyone who has subscribed to event updates. Notifications are triggered by changes to event data and delivered via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and mobile push notification. The table below shows which messages are sent for each event in the system, who receives them, and which channels are used.

Competitors receive notifications only if their email address and/or phone number has been imported or provided when filing a hearing request. Make sure the competitor list is imported with contact details before the event begins.
