After racing each day, one official should enter the protest time limit for that day. From the Event Panel, click Time Limits under Jury Operations. Click + Time Limit, select the date, enter the time, and optionally specify which class or division the limit applies to. Save the entry and the time limit is immediately displayed at the top of the public schedule page. All competitors with a phone number or email address on file are notified by email and SMS with the protest time limit for that day.

Time limits can be set per class or division if different classes have different cut-off times. Set one entry for each applicable group.

The Schedule page in the Event Panel lists all pending and scheduled hearing requests. To schedule a hearing, click on any pending request and set the hearing time, room, and any notes. You can also schedule multiple hearings in sequence from the Schedule list without opening each one individually.

Once a hearing is scheduled, both parties are automatically notified by email and SMS with the time and location. Any subsequent reschedule also triggers a notification. The public Schedule page updates in real time — no manual refresh is needed.

Keep the schedule accurate during the day by updating hearing statuses as hearings progress. Set a decision to Hearing in Progress when it begins — this appears on the public schedule and gives competitors a live view of how the jury is progressing through the list. Set it to Hearing Complete when the panel is deliberating. This approach lets competitors anticipate their own hearing time without requiring officials to make announcements.

The Schedule display page is designed for a monitor visible to competitors — it shows all scheduled and completed hearings in order and updates automatically. Load this URL in a browser on a display monitor at the venue.
