How to Sign Up

Click on Sign-up on the home page of "Racing Rules of Sailing"
Select Official if you are a Race Officer, Judge or Measurer. Select Competitor if you want access to the rules features and want to be able to submit Protests electronically. Select Other if you just want access to the rules features.
Or, instead of signing up with your email address and creating a new password, you can click on the Facebook or Google icons to be signed on using your authentication on those sites. However, you must already be a member of the service you select in order to be approved on RacingRulesOfSailing.
After you have submitted your registration, you must confirm your email address. Go to your email account for the email address you used at registration and look for an email from RacingRulesOfSailing.
The email you're looking for comes from admin@racingrulesofsailing.org. If you don't see it in your inbox, look in your spam folder.
When you open that email, click on the link called "Confirm my account."
Once you have confirmed your email, you will be forwarded to the sign in page. Enter your email and password here.
Once you have signed in, you must complete your profile. Please provide as much information as possible, especially if you are a race official, as that information is used in the Jury Management System.
Please select any and all certifications you possess. Note that if you must keep this accurate and current as your status is shared with other officials in the Jury Management System.
Once you have completed sign in and your profile, you will have access to the full features of RacingRulesOfSailing. You will notice that the menu across the top now allows you to change between the versions of rules you wish to see, including the quad, fleet, team, match and kiteboard versions. You will also see a menu item for Toolbox, which provides you tools depending on the type of user you are - events, protests, etc. And some will see the Admin menu item, which allows you access to certain parts of the site for editing and maintenance items.
