This is a reminder.  If you don't want to receive email notifications from RacingRulesOfSailing.org, go to your preferences and change them. We do try to set your preferences for you when we see a complaint submitted to your email service, but some are idiotic in how they report to us.  For example, if you have email with Italia Online (libero or virgilio), they don't tell us who is complaining so we can't fix the issue.  They simply keep sending us the complaint every time the system sends you a message.  It's not really very productive.  Honestly, if you don't want to receive emails, we don't want to send them to you.

I too uncheck the Italian channel in my preferences yet continue to receive email notifications. The other interesting aspect of their notifications, is when i click on the forum link in the email, then select sign in, the page doesn't recognize my login used on any other link to the racingrulesofsailing.org web pages. It's as if I'm being returned to an orphaned link that has no relationship with the primary site. Seems odd.

The issue with posts on the Italian channel being sent despite the preference being unchecked has been fixed.  That shouldn't happen again.
