Notifications is a list of all the notifications sent by email, text or WhatsApp to all the competitors. It does not include notifications sent for specific issues, like a hearing request or scoring inquiry being filed. Notice to Competitors is a published pdf that appears on the notice board. It is the same as what is traditionally thought of as a published notice. It too is sent by email/text/whatsapp to all the competitors.
