Dave Dellenbaugh (member of the US Sailing Racing Rules Committee) and I (Dave Perry, member of the US Sailing Appeals Committee) invite you to join us for a deep-dive into four significant rules (rules 10, 14, 16 and 17) in our webinar called “The Daves – a few of our favorite rules”, running each Sunday in June at 7:00 pm EDT (New York time), beginning Sunday, June 7. The webinar is for sailors and race officials who enjoying looking under every stone in an attempt to completely understand the rule and its tactical implications on the race course. We will be weaving into our explanations decisions from the US Appeals and WS Cases, video and live use of our white boards. Each session will be recorded and made available for each person who has registered for the series (a US$55 fee), so it is not an issue if you have to miss one or more. Just to be clear, US Sailing ran two free 5 minute mini-webinars on two of the four rules as a promotion for these webinars.  The above webinars are each about 75-80 minutes long, and will be complete explanations of each rule.

Hi Des...the Series is being run solely on the Zoom platform. When the current Series on rules 10, 14, 16 and 17 is concluded on June 28, Dave Dellenbaugh will be making the Series available as a package for purchase and replay for those who were not able to join us "live." And if people join the "live" Series now, they will receive the recording and Q&A transcript for any sessions they may have missed.
