RRS.org counterparty for redress under 61.4(b)(4): giving help to another boat
If I am requesting redress under 61.4(b)(4), giving help to another boat, I'm not claiming it's because of a boat that caused damage or injury to me, or a commitee error, or a support person.
But when hearing requests are filed on RRS.org, it seems I *must* provide a counterparty, whether that is another boat or a committee.
What is the proper counterparty for a 61.4(b)(4) redress request?

Well, the one time I did such a thing, many years ago, I protested myself. Let us just say an egregious error was made.

As there is no counter party for a part 4 request for redress, "helping a boat in danger", if the online form will not accept a request without an entry as a counter party, you just have to finagle it. Enter your own boat name, or the OA.
