Withdrawn protests

A hearing was requested, the protestee took an appendix V penalty, and the protestor asked to withdraw their request. We can't find that option anywhere. We want to keep it in the list but the dropdown menu. What is the procedure for this?

Use the Suggested Wording in the Decision section of the Hearing tab to indicate that the PC allowed the withdrawal and charge the status to Publish Abstract.
