David, thanks for sharing your tool with the RRoS forum members. I was attempting to play with it on my phone and wasn’t able to select a clone to move it. I just ended up creating a lot of clones next to each other.

Do you have a preferred browser (iOS and on computer) that works best?

For Sailboard, I use Chrome, and tested on Firefox on a PC and Safari on a mac.  I have not tested recently on iOS Safari though. I also tested on Android using Chrome.
I'll try iOS Safari.  Thanks for the feedback!

Just tried it on an iPad and an iPhone using Safari.  Seemed to work OK.  The touch instructions are a bit different than the mouse instructions FYI. Might be because a 'long touch' removes a clone, so if you push and don't drag right away it might think it is a long-touch.  Just a thought.

It is a bit 'touchy' on a touchscreen device, just the way those things work.

Dave

Since adding a clone and deleting a clone are the same action (touch hold) only different in duration, you might want to have the touch-hold generate a pop-up to select between the 2.

David, why don’t you start a new thread introducing your boat drawing tool … tells us about it and let folk give you ideas and feedback there.
