This request is moot since the original query was considered to be a request for a scoring review.  It was forwarded promptly to the race committee to see if they could resolve the question without the necessity for calling a hearing.  The race committee immediately saw the problem, corrected Velocity's finish position (2nd place) and finish time(13:53:04).  The requester was completely satisfied with the amended scoring corrections arrangements.
