Protest upheld. Since Raw Honey exonerated herself by complying with RRS 44.2  and NOR11.2 for her breach of RRS 10, no further penalty is imposed on Raw Honey in Race 6. 

 1. Raw honey is penalised with an added 10% of her elapsed time of 42.24 (4.2) minutes in Race 5. 

 The Jury applied NOR1.5 by giving Selma Star a scoring time penalty of 10 mins to be added to her elapsed time in Race2. (NOR 1.5)
