1. USA 678 is disqualified for failure to give Room under RRS 18.2 (a)(1). 2. USA162 broke RRS 11 and RRS 14, but is exonerated under RRS 43.1 (b) and (c) by USA 687 not giving Mark-Room. 3. Scoring to revise PHRF A Results for Race 1 to reflect USA 678 as DSQ.
