Rules: Subic to Boracay SI "13.3 Actual times of motoring (to the nearest second) and GPS position at the start and finishing of every motoring period must be recorded and entered into the Declaration Form which shall be submitted within the Protest Time Limit. 13.4 For the purposes of calculating results, the time a boat has been motoring will be multiplied by 1.5. This figure will be added to the boats Elapsed Time, before the Corrected Time is calculated. For example: For 60 minutes of motoring, 90 minutes will be added to the boats Elapsed Time. 13.5 A boat motoring for more than 20% of her elapsed time for the race shall not be placed ahead in the results of a boat that motors for less than 20% of her elapsed time. A boat that has motored shall not be placed ahead in the results of a boat that has not motored."
