Dear All, Day 1 of the pre-worlds Coaching Clinic will be getting underway tomorrow (Sunday, November 20th) so, in order for our Class Coach Christoffel van Hees, who is in charge of facilitating the program of events during the 2 days of the clinic, to be able to make the best of what will no doubt be a very busy couple of days what with sailors getting classified, chartered coach boats being handed over to teams and formal registration for the event taking place, please can one representative from each team make contact with Christoffel today so that he knows which teams plan to be involved. Due to requests from multiple teams currently in Oman at the Worlds event venue, the RS Venture Connect Class and Oman Sail are exploring the viability of making a small number of boats available for use in the afternoon of Saturday, November 19th. World Sailing has authorized the implementation of RRS Addemdum Q regarding the use of on-water umpires during the Medal Races we will be running on the final day of our World Championship event.
