1. Protest Upheld.

2. The penalty imposed shall be 50% of the score for DNF applied to race number 1, rounded to the nearest tenth of a point (0.05 to be rounded upward). The penalty shall be no worse than a score equal to RET or DSQ. The scores of other boats shall not be changed as a result of this penalty.
