1. Using the World Sailing Discretionary Penalty Guidelines for Boats & Support Persons a starting penalty of Level 3 was decided.
2. The penalty was decreased to Level 2 as the support person apologised for his actions to the Race Committee.
3. Support person Ayaz Shaikh is excluded from going afloat for the first race of Techno 293 and Raceboards on 15 April 26.
4. Boat Techno 293 IND 16, IND 11 and Race Boards IND 27 & 161 are warned under RRS 62.3(a) that a penalty may be imposed if Ayaz Shaikh commits a further breach of any rule.
