Dear team Coaches, please remember to fill up your RIBs with fuel before you head onto the racecourse today. It takes safety boats off the water when they need to tow other boats in to re-fuel and this puts pressure on the rest of the race management team. Thank you for your help in this matter.

Dear All, the Arabic Night which we have planned for this evening (18:00 - 21:00 in the upper event plaza between the two hotel buildings) will be exclusively for those persons who are registered as being part of the RS Venture Connect World Championship and not the rest of the hotel guests. To help make this possible, all teams need to collect coloured wristbands to wear to this event. These will be issues by the Oman Sail team in the registration room which is located in the Event Management Corridor. We look forward to seeing you at this event.

The enterprises involved in this event are all either owned, run or managed by disabled persons. It would be great if everyone that is on shore and not involved in on-water racing could make the effort to take time to visit these SME tents. For anyone looking to purchase any of the goods available for sale at the SME Village, most of the vendors will take card payments but if not, the hotel will be able to provide cashback via credit card at the front desk.
