We have added automated version control to the hearing decisions on RRS.org.  Each time you change the state of a decision (eg: from Protest Pending to Hearing in Progress), a copy of the decision is saved in a pdf format.  And after you have changed the state to Publish Abstract or Publish Decision, it will save a copy of the decision each time you change any of the text in the decision.  The result is that you have a complete history of the changes made to hearing decisions during an event stored in a set of pdf documents.  And you can find all of these versions on the Activity tab after you open the decision.
